F-X domain denoise
This compares amplitudes at each frequency and kills those which are much
greater than neighbours in the window. The user specifies the window size
and frequency range and a threshold. It may be known as time-frequency
denoise or similar names eleswhere. Usually used for attacking swell noise
in marine data. It can also be used for 50/60 Hz pickup on land data, with
less damage than a notch filter.
